CECILIA N. BRENNAN

EXPERIENCED.

A graduate of University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, Cecilia Brennan joined the firm "of counsel" in October 2011. Ms. Brennan brings several years of experience representing individual and public sector clients in consumer issues, municipal law, education law, and litigation matters. At the firm, Ms. Brennan provides advice and counsel to clients on a wide-range of matters including board governance, contract, policy enforcement, federal and state law compliance, administrative hearings and procedure, general litigation matters, and collection issues. As a bilingual attorney, Ms. Brennan also handles matters involving Spanish-speaking individuals.

ACCOMPLISHED.

Ms. Brennan has an extensive background in public interest law, community economic development, and nonprofit management. Prior to pursuing her J.D., Ms. Brennan co-founded two Los Angeles-based nonprofit organizations focused on education and community development.

DEDICATED.

Ms. Brennan currently sits on the Board of a San Diego-based nonprofit organization dedicated to finding solutions to homelessness. Ms. Brennan is also active within the local legal community, as a member of the San Diego and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, La Raza Lawyers Association, Latinas
in the Law, and the Lawyers Club.
